SAP B1: Cannot delete Journal Voucher

Hi All,

After posting Journal Voucher, Journal Entry was successfully created.

But going back to the list of Journal Vouchers, the transaction I posted as JE is still in the list. On the list on top, JV status is OPEN, while on the list on bottom, JV status is CLOSED.

There is no option to delete JV in the right-click options.

Your assistance is highly appreciated.

Hi,

Check the status of the Journal Voucher in table OBTD and OBTF.

Also, confirm that the amounts are same and no additional lines in the OBTF for the Voucher Number is left open.
