Generate vacation quota beginning of the year based on seniority with no time run until EOY

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to generate vacation quota beginning of the year based on seniority without running time evaluation until end of the year.

I am having an issue when there is a change in seniority middle of the year.

Ex: When employee's seniority is changed in middle of the year then, I need to consider that as well while generating quota beginning of the year.

Seniority is: 000-009 years -> 100 hrs

Greater >0009 -> 150 hrs

Every year employee gets 100 hrs of vacation if he/she is upto 9 years senior. In case if they cross seniority middle of the year then I need to prorate and generate beginning of the year.

I have configuration ready and it is working if I run time eval until end of the year.

Business would like to run time eval (PT60) based on pay period only and they don't like to run time eval until end of the year to generate quota.

Can you suggest me best way of doing this requirement.

Can this be achievable with out running time eval until end of the year.

Bit urgent. Please suggest.

    Hello Kalyan,

    Hi as per my knowledge why dont you write a pcr in time evaluation by considering 50% hrs based upon the seniority >= 9years[50% hrs out of 100hrs and 50% hrs out of 150hrs].
