SAP C4C Custom BO like Marketing Attribute

Now,I want to develop a Custom BO like Marketing Attribute（change the format of the value according to name） as the picture show.

Can anyone give me some advices and it is better to detail the steps

I have similar requirement i.e, to add the marketing attributes tab to Competitor. Kindly need your assistance if you have completed this requirement.
