Upgrade from SAP PI NW 7.31 dual stack to SAP NW 7.5 Java stack only

I am planning to perform an upgrade from a SAP PI NW 7.31 dual stack to a SAP NW 7.5 AEX.

I cannot find related guides for this migration, could anyone help me to find them?
