Hi all,

How can I restrict user to input certain material group with a material type when creating a material master?

How can I issue an error message when user does so?

hi,

Are you using SAP program or custom Program ?

if it is sap program find an User exit and you set message thery be you can restrict user inputs.

if it is custom program you and disable those fields or set no-diaplay in Parameter statement.

Yes, I found that EXIT_SAPLMGMU_001 can use.

But after activating the enhancement and the customer exit, it is not executed when I tried to run MM01 / MM02. What's wrong is there?
