Offline Settings Problem (REALLY URGENT)

Hi guys,

I already set everything in the offline settings as seen in the picture below.

My usual process would be is that I would use my mobile and press "Sync Now" before going to "Offline Mode"

The problem is, when I'm in offline mode, none of my data has synced and everything is still 0. How can I fix this?

This is really urgent. Hopefully you guys can help.

Is the user assigned the same role as above?
In the Offline Settings screen on the client (Windows 10) - are the queries selected when you press sync now?
