Hi,
When I have more than one routing to the material, wich criterials the system uses to define the routing in costing CK11N/CK40N?
We use Production Version, but for some materials no production version is informed in material master. Then in costing, the system select a valid routing automatically.
In my case, I have two routings with the same validity and lot size (the only difference is a fhase into the process).
Thanks in advance!

Hi
Following are priority sequence applies to the determination of the quantity structure.
If your users have requirement to use mixed costing. You can refer to link below

Thanks

what i understand from your question is you are talking about production alternative. if it is then in such case there is a concept of mix cost estimate if you have different production alternative which is based upon either production version or combination of BOM and Routing of same material.
for mix cost estimate you have to create procurement alternative for each production version and mix cost estimate ratio
and if you have one BOM and two routing and you want to select only one routing in ck11n then check your quantity structure control in costing variant. there you can set priority for routing selection.

Refer to your Quantity Structure determination in your Costing Variant. You'll find the routing control, which determines the priority of how your cost estimates picks your routing.
