I'm facing this problem for a while. The HR users cannot update de employee master data. I have already restarted the server and the database server but nothing fixed this bug, the records keep locked for updates.
I was thinking if there is a table in the database that locks the records. I don't know what else I can do to solve this issue. Please, help me!
