PIRWBUSR - Locked due to incorrect logons

Hello,

after installation of XI 7.0 the user PIRWBUSR is locked due to incorrect logons. After unlock the user an set the password new in the XI (su01), SLD and in the Exchange Profile (com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.pwd) the user is locked in the next minutes. Have somebody an idea, where i must change the password too?

have u setup diff. environments ? or did u make a change of the pwd somewhere else too ?

have a look at note 721548 to sync. the user ids and pwds.

The RFC Destination PMI was the wrong setting. I found the important hint in the log "dev_rfc13".

Hello,

i check all RFC connection in sm59. no one have this user for logon.

Ín the next step i read the preinstall of XI again, but i found no setting for this user.

It is possible that the engine need a restart after the change in the visual admin (PMI Store)?

Good Morning,

I think i was to fast. I check the user today, and it`s locked as before due incorrect login.

I chek the note 721548 and all thingy are done. I logon withe the same password on the SLD and XI. All Logons are succesfull.

I find no other setting for the password off dies user.

Markus,

Looks like you have used this password in some configuration and the password is incorrect in tat configuration and the password is getting locked dude to that.

Check all RFC destinations in Sm59 and see if there is one where this user id is being used.

Markus, it seems one of the RFC destinations you have created with that particular user is having an invalid Pwd .... do cross check each destiantions (i know its a lengthy task but then isnt that we r supposed to do). Do make sure you test the destinations or it wud be better to enter the current pwd in them and then go onto do a chk.

I think i forgot the password in the visual configurator (PMI store).

The last 30 minutes the user was not locked. I hope th problem is solved.

Hi Markus,

you can try the following actions:

- connect to http://<server>:<port>/useradmin, enter PIRWBUSER as logon name with the current password, and see if a password change is needed.

- if you are using ONE sld for two system, make sure that the 2 user (PIRWBUSER) have the same password.
