No of prints for different employees in smartforms

hi all

here is an issue related to HR .I m now giving in only a single personal number and getting only one person's payslip printed,but now we are giving in 10 personal numbers and wanna print all their payslips.Though i am looping those numbers it is printing 1 payslip nd when back giving me the print preview screen(where we select teh printer) and again the other personal number.I want to see all the 10 payslips at a time rather than going back nd giving print for each nd evry personal number.Kindly help me out with this

Hi

While calling the SF in your program you can populate the output parameters with the respective data, so that you dont get any pop-up asking for printer selection.

You can fire a new page after every payslip, so that you can get all payslips at one go.

Btw, where are you looping? In program? Just pass all the employee numbers to the smartform and process them one by one in SF.

i did created a new page but thats nowhere is seen here as this is not extension of line items its just the same page but with different personal number(Employee no).

my logic in print program is.

loop at it_final into wa_final.

perform call_smartform.

endloop.

so for every pernr its giving me the printer seelction screen.
