hi,

I am using JDBC adapter at the recieving end. and I am gettting the following error. can someone help me pls..

2006-10-18 10:20:22 EDT: Error: Accessing database connection 'jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://147.185.68.100:1433;databaseName=SAPPOC' failed: DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection to URL 'jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://147.185.68.100:1433;databaseName=SAPPOC': SAPClassNotFoundException: com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver

Hi,

Sure your JDBC driver is deployed? Check if it is deployed properly.

check out the link and this config guide has stpes to deploy it. You need to hace Service market place user ID

I got that config guide. I need to deploy MSSQl Server 2005 driver for Xi 3.0. Should I just follow the steps from the guide?I am sry I never did this before.

Hi,

Yes you need to follow the guide. If you have technology consultant just ask them to do it. If you can do it you will learn something for sure..

Hi,

Check whether yoour DB is up and running .. also check the DB port and drivers.
