Clone Request failed - Service not enabled

I am a beginner and i have a Problem with my Fiori Application. Developer 1 initialized his Repo. Developer 2 copy the Git repository URL from Developer1 and Paste it in WebIDE -> Clone Repository Window. But it doesn´t works.

I get an error message:

Clone request failed
Troubleshooting Guide
https://git.hanatrial.ondemand.com/...: Service not enabled

What i have to do, has anyone an idea?

I meet the same issue, not sure if this is about the user, I used trial user.
