Hello Gurus,
I am facing an issue with SAP BPC 10.1 version for netweaver. The issue is related to the manual consolidation entries that do not roll up to the entity presented in the "entity" field of the consolidation scope (in my case GRP_LEG)
I am currently posting data via journal on some created audit-trails that have those configurations:
datasrc_type: M
enableJRN: Y
isconsol:N
Isconverted: G
I am posting data on this other meaningful elements:
scope: the specific consolidation scope of the group
entity: one of the entities that are in the consolidation scope
currency: the currency used as reporting currency of the consolidation scope (in my case EUR).
My expecatations are that the numbers I am posting represent "manual consolidation entries and that those entries complete the integration and automatic elimination rules.
Seems that I got something wrong or that maybe a note has to be applied, since I do not see the effect on the GRP_LEG entity.
Thanks for any of your suggestions.
ciao, Andrea.
Hi Andrea,
I think you should change IS_CONSOL = N to IS_CONSOL = Y and IS_CONVERTED = G to ISCONVERTED = N. IS_CONVERTED = G means that the data on this auditid is converted in the scope dimension. I.e. BPC expects data on the NONE scope and will convert it to the scope of any consolidation. On IS_CONVERTED = N you can enter data on scope.
