How to set up a batch job for Customer - BP synchronization in MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT for production activity.
in MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT we don't see any variant to be created.

As per this blog "MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT can be run in background, but it is not possible to schedule a job for MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT'
Is there any other way to schedule a job?
If SAP Note itself stated that it's not feasible then at this time no solution. Please check with your ABAP team if they can check any feasibility for customisation.
