Dear all,
is it possible to define the order of the rater categories? I tried to fix the order in Admin Center > Manage Templates > Rate Selection, however, whenever I start a new form, at one point the order of the categories will be changed automatically and it changed in Manage Templates as well.
After that I was trying to fix it in XML, however, I experience the same issue. When the form is launched initially, the order of categories is as it is defined, however, form the second route map step on, the order is not correct anymore.
Additionally, would this have an impact on graph in the 360 detailed report? Is it possible to change the order of categories on the graph somehow? (See the attched picture bild1.png)
