please kindly let me know how to block/delete for a pariticular/single PO (Entire PO Not by line items wise)

Hi,

A PO is made up of Header & Line items.

So if you block/delete all PO items then the PO as a whole will be considered as deleted.

Also you can archive the PO.

You can design a custom transaction code to block or delete PO with all line items/ multiple POs and these are actioned by a BAPI

Hi,

There is a deletion button on top of the screen, if you push this button the entire PO is deleted.
