Customer survey/feedback after SolMan ITSM incident is closed - is it possible and how?

Hello community and experts,

I am trying to set a survey/feedback process, which triggers a

survey/feedback form to the person who closes an ITMS incident. Ideally, the surveys will be deployed/gathered in a repository, and the information would be further processed and analyzed.

Is this possible as described (or similar process), and if yes, could you please draw some guidelines, useful links, guides and advices?

The system is SAP Solution manager 7.1 (SP14) on SAP EHP2 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.0.
