How to develop automated solution to run WIP clearing in Daly.

I need develop a automated solution to run WIP clearing process for Daly in SAP ByDsign.

A) Is it possible to find the solution through the cloud application development.

B) Or need to use RPA/ SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation.
