Getting Permission Denied issues in SFTP Check Directory Access connectivity test in SAP CPI

Hi Expert,

We are facing “Permission denied.” issues while checking the directory access in Connectivity Test section in SAP CPI.

Error screenshot has been attached below. (when Check Directory Access checked)

Moreover we are able to connect to the SFTP server using public key/User Cred authentication without doing the “check directory access”. Screenshot attached.

We have asked the vendor to give the full permission but they are not willing to give the full permission. Could you please let us know what could be the potential issues for Permission denied error.

Below the current permission for the user. Checked from winscp. We are able to place and delete the file using WinSCP. Screenshot attached.

Can you right click on the parent folder and chil folder check chmod ( like 777 ) since its not clear to see something missing.

I have attached the WinSCP screenshot for the same in the questions. It looks like write permission is already. Do you see anything is missing there?
