No Runnable Resources

Hello and Good Morning,

I have been working with SAP in this depth for only 4 months now. This ERP system is fairly new to me so I hope that my lack of understanding will be excused. Here are my issues/questions:

Business Application Studio:

I am working with our Developers as to why they aren't able to Open or Create Configurations in SAP BAS. They receive the message saying "No Runnable Resources". We confirmed that the setup of the CF spaces as well as the Cloud Connector piece has been configured correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
