My requirement is, if PR don't have any release strategy, then system should not allow to create PO.
How can I acheive this, pls support

Hi,
This is a SAP Standard Procedure , if you have set up PR Release Strategy, system will not allow create PO from PR which has not released yet.
Please check in your system , it will work.

Set up (RELEASE PROCESS) release strategy for PR with all PR document types for your system which system allow once a new PR created should subjected to a release strategy. Unless PR released completely - PO cannot be created from that PR!
