Error in my SAP BAS connecting to my S4Hana

Hello experts.

I would like your guidance on this problem that just occurred to me in the SAP Bussines Application Studio.

configure my S4Hana server, from my cloud connector, where it does not show an error or anything like that.

In addition to the destination, marking that the connection is successful, but the problem arises when doing the test from SAP BAS, where it sends me the following error.

"The selected system is returning an authentication error. Please verify the destination configuration"

I already checked all the configurations and everything appears without error, for the same reason, I don't know what else to do or what else to resort to.
