class/characteristics( Class type - 001 ) of material with date fields not updating MDGM

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement where we create AML material with class/char with date fields , we are able to create class/char using GOV API but update scenario is not working using GOV API and not giving any error in runtime.

Please help.
