Experts,
I cant see any icon in gallery, while searching for solution i come across below thread from 2016, the notes mention in comments by members there are no more available in system , so this problem should have been fix long back, right ?
But i can still see the blank screen like below. so far haven't find any relevant note in launchpad, appreciate if some one could share thoughts on solution how it could be fix.

Hi ritesh.dube,
Have you executed the health check on your installation?
Did you check any missing notes on your system there?
Maybe your system is missing some notes. And the health check took will let you know which ones are available for your setup.

I remember seeing such problem when there was some icon with a special character or blank in its name or without an assigned group.
This is all from memory though so it may be incorrect, but it doesn't hurt to check if you have any of these cases among your icons, and correct it.
Otherwise, if this doesn't help then the next step is opening a support incident and providing access to your system to check what's wrong.

Ivan Mirisola,
Thanks for reply. I can see 2 missing notes. Let me implement those and then check.
Will update you shortly. Thanks again.
