Software Failed Error During HANA System Setup on SAP CALThrough AWS

During setup of HANA SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and SAP BW 7.5 SP01 on SAP HANA SP10 [Developer Edition] system through AWS ,Instance is showing Active , but i am unable to connect to system.

The linux system is giving some error (Attached in screen shots).

Some one in previous threads mentioned to terminate the instance and create a new one. I did that almost 3 times. But still it is same.

Please provide me some solution/ Highlight where i am going wrong.

It is an issue with SAP Cloud Appliance Library, not SAP HANA Cloud. I updated the product tag accordingly.

Hi Nemani,

Just created an instance using AWS as cloud provider and experience the same issue. There is something wrong with the solution (image) but this is not something the community can fix.

Did you select to 'Send logs to SAP'?

When creating an instance using Azure as cloud provider, the creation is successful. It could be that this also applies to Google Cloud Platform. If you a CAL account for these cloud provider, you can use this as a workaround.

Thanks for your inputs.

Yes i selected 'Send Logs' to SAP . But dint heard any reply.

As you said mean while i might try with new provide(Azure/Microsoft).

If you need a response, best to create a service request. Sending logs may not include any contact information and hence you will not be notified.
