Hi,

Is there any configuration step or way to set "Batch XX XX XX does not exist" Message no. M7042, to Warning message instead of Error message in Cloud solution?

Hello luanwr.

How are you? Could you check this in the side of Supply Chain? In the side of Manufacturing, there is no Configuration/SSCUI (Self Service Configuration User Interface) for changing this. Additionally, I understand that Error Message is correct because the non existence of a Batch for a Batch Managed Material/Product should block the following steps of a Scenario that uses Batch Managed Material/Product.

could you share more details when this error message is raised?

As Juliano pointed out, it is usually a beneficial system behavior to block any movement in case a non existing batch number is used. In case you would intend to create that batch number during a specific movement you can check on the SSCUIs 103517 - Define Batch Creation for Goods Movements.
