Assigning service user rights for Cloud studio

Hi,

I'm having problems assigning my service user rights for accessing cloud studio. When i try to give the service user the correct access rights, i get an error and canot log into Cloud studio.

Dear Dojan,

I strongly recommend to refer to KBA - https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2933427

Most of the issues for your reported error will be resolved by one of the steps mentioned in the KBA. If you are still unable to resolve, then kindly report an incident for same.

Hi,

I still cannot access Cloud stido. I have all the settings and access rights set up, but the login is still unavailable.

Dear Dejan,

If the user has valid access rights then ideally it should allow to login. You can ignore that segregations error.

Please check if any SDK cache is causing any issue refer to KBA

Dear Dejan,

For your developer user ensure below WC views are assigned.

-PDI_DEVELOPMENT / Development

-PDI_ADMINISTRATION /

-Administration ANA_BUSINESSANALYTICS /Business AnalyticsAdministratoror

-TS_APPLICATIONUSERMANAGEMENT /Application and UserManagement,

Ideally after assigning the mentioned work center views you should be able to access SDK. Please make sure you perform Save after assigning all mentioned work center and recheck.

Also you can refer section ‘5.4.3 User Setup Quick Guide’ from PDI Help Document for user setup guide and recheck the assignment once.

It still doesnt work. In the Segregation - of - Duty conflicts im getting a red dot. I think this is the problem for not working, but i dont know what is the reason for this error.
