Below screen shots show the default cost center, so would like to understand if we activate default cost center, when the employees fill the timesheet against this task then will there be any financial posting if yes what will be amount posted and against which cost center is it employee cost center/project cost center, secondly if we leave this field value blank then will there be any financial posting.

Thank you for sharing.

Task types and task components are assigned to a Statistical Key Figure (SFK). Values for SFK are maintained as master data in app “Manage Statistical Key Figures”. Time is booked on one of the statistical task types , for example “Admin”. Recorded time quantities can be retrieved from the app “Manage Statistical Key Figure Values” and the are no accounting/controlling entries created at this point in time. Each time entry against non-project related work is represented with a unique document number where the quantity and cost center used for the time entry is available when using the app "Manage Statistical Key Figure Values" (as shown in screenshot below). Using this app you may verify the results of the scenarios you have in mind regarding the cost center used.
