In normal sales process: material move from Plant (main warehouse in California) to DC (Chicago), DC to sub DC (Singapore), sub DC to customer (India)
Have you encounter a situation for reverse logistics (return of repaired parts) where incoming back parts need to move back to the main warehouse but without showing the dc and without showing the reverse cost for the valuated the equipment. How do I go about designing a solution for this problem?
Sending your own valuated material for repair and returning back- you have repair cost and delivery charge associated!
Check subcontract process of sending same material and receiving that same material is helpful from vendor else check May helpful
