Data Migration - Product last goods issue date

The client is looking options to populate the last goods issue date. I see from the warehouse stock/bin load template wherein we can populate the last GR date but not the goods issue date. 

This is a legal mandate and is required by the finance team to surplus provisioning for items, could you please let me know how to manage this as part of the data migration using migration cockpit

Could you please let me know which scope item includes this 'goods issue date' and in which app you can check this date? Also, is this 'goods issue date' for a plant or a product?
