Hello,

I keep the answer focussed on the integration to S/4 HANA that we did via SAP Customer Checkout manager. As of now we support posting the IDOC WPUBON and WPUFIP.

We are currently working on(Planned is FP11 but as an SAP Policy we cannot make any commitments) to consume new SOAP based interfaces for posting Sales Transaction and Cash Transaction, and also potentially for synchronizing Material master data, and these SOAP based interfaces are available with the S/4 HANA Retail Cloud.

Hi Bikash,

Is this SAP CCOm integration using IDOC WPUBON and WPUFIP specifically to S/4 HANA on-prem or it can be used for integration to S/4 HANA Cloud as well?

In theory, if the new SOAP based interfaces are available with the S/4 HANA Retail Cloud, the sales and cash transaction information can be made available in S/4 HANA Cloud if the S/4 HANA Retail Cloud integrates with S/4 HANA Cloud? Thanks!

Regarding the above topic , with the latest version of Sap customer checkout (2.0 FP 12 or higher) can we integrate with S/4 hana 1809 on premise with out retail . If it's possible could you please tell us roughly how much effort ( basic things at least , any additional license we need to purchase etc.) we might need to put there for a standard integration . In addition to that we have already send an email asking about the training that your team may offer regarding customer checkout and we are waiting kindly response on the same.

Because of price we are not going to use middleware. we want to Replicate Materials⪻ice and BP for Non Retail.

Hello,

We have customers who are using this scenario, and have done this based on a customer project basis. So far, it is not possible to integrate SAP Customer Checkout with S/4HANA without activating Retail. It is not planning on short-term, but might be a possible scenario in our long-term roadmap.
