We want push Material from S4 HANA to CCOm for Non RETAIL

Info: We have installed Customer checkout manager and we have configured the scenario for Business Partners and Materials from S4HANA 2022 to CCOm.we are able to push the Business partners but unable to push the Materials and we found customer checkout will support for RETAIL but not Non RETAIL business.

Q: Could you please suggest How to push Material from S4HANA to CCOm for Non RETAIL?

unfortunately, SAP Customer Checkout does not offer an out of the box integration for SAP S/4HANA without Retail. Mainly, the SOAP services on SAP S/4HANA side cannot be fully configured in non-Retail mode by which data cannot be passed. The business partner SOAP service of SAP S/4HANA is not part of the Retail mode restriction which is why it works for you.

Integrations with SAP S/4HANA without Retail are usually implemented via the generic interfaces for materials, business partners and receipt posting interface of SAP Customer Checkout manager. For that, an instance/ a middleware is needed that maps the data from the SAP Customer Checkout manager format of data to the target format (e.g., IDOCs). For such scenarios, SAP offers its integration platform SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI), based on which the integrations and mappings need to be built on project basis.

In case that the customer evaluates that SAP CPI is not a fit for their needs, e.g., due to monthly/annual cost, being too general purpose, we offer an integration server that provides an out of the box standard integration for SAP Customer Checkout and SAP S/4HANA, with and without Retail.

You might have to develop your own integration scenarios, or leverage an integration server like the one offered by comzam.de. Hokona might also have an offering to cover this need.

A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to push materials from S4HANA to CCOm for Non-Retail businesses. However, you can manually add the materials in CCOm by entering the necessary fields such as Material Number, Description, and Price.
