C4C How to change the font family with a custom font

Hi,

A custom font has been uploaded to the C4C application.

Where is the font family maintained, how can i make this custom font visible in the font drop down list?

- In the company settings - ui controls

- When creating an email interaction from a service ticket

How can i deactivate certain fonts for usage?

Hi,

In the meanwhile SAP provided me the answer:

Currently it is unfortunately not possible to add custom fonts to the UI controls und your profile - settings - company settings.

The custom fonts which have been uploaded to the system can be used in output documents. If you want to have the fonts in the form template you have to edit the form template and change the Font Style.
