Different route is getting determined in the sales order.

Hi,

In my sales order every time i put the one customer a different route gets determined and then i have to change it manually .

I have checked the :

Shipping point

shipping condition

transportation(departure) zone and destination zone.

Everything is perfectly maintained .

Wanted to know does the sold to party on the sales order effect the route ? if not

What else can i check to get the exact route on the order.

Please suggest.

"Everything is perfectly maintained ." is not a very useful information, because community members cannot see your screen and validate the correctness of the statement. It makes more sense to add screenshots of what you checked and from where.

For example, the shipping condition might come from the master data of the customer, from the sales order type configuration (VOV8) or it can be set manually or via custom code in the specific sales order. It is not clear which of these you checked (it should be the one from the sales order, of course, but we do not know this for sure).

You did not mention what is the transportation group of the material which you used and whether you took this data into consideration when you looked up the route determination in customizing.

Also, destination zone is taken from the ship-to party. Is this the partner for which you looked up the transportation zone? I ask, because you mentioned sold-to-party, which is not standard.

Regarding custom route determination - check if there is custom logic in EXIT_SAPL0VRF_001 and

BADI_SD_ROUTE.

If still no luck - use program SNIF to search for custom logic elsewhere, or you can debug by placing a breakpoint in FM SD_ROUTE_DETERMINATION.
