Documented Credit Decision in S/4 HANA 1610

Hi,

In S/4 HANA 1610 appliance trial, the credit check of sales order and block does not create the documented credit decision case due to some service issue or connection issue.

The service is called but it fails and ends up in SRT_MONI. I don't know how this issue can be resolved at this point. So, you can not perform step 2.2.2.4 of the S/4 HANA 1610 trial demo.
