Work Order created from IP10 having Default value for BATCH under components tab in IW32

Hi All,

We are facing issue while creating order from IP10.

Users are adding material via IA01 and after that going to Ip10 with maintenance plan and do release and save order.

Once user opens the order and go to components tab -> BATCH will have default value of REP.

I checked any user exit or enhancement but could not get anything. I debugged the code while releasing and saving in IP10 but not able to reach watch point RESBD-CHARG (BATCH).

Anyone knows if this is because of configuration or via program?

Does this happen when manually entering the material number in an order?

Also, is the material batch managed?
