Discount Sync seems not to work correctly

Hello

Since PL06 or B1if 4.0.16 the complete Discount Sync with Business One seems not to work anymore. The sync job starts but never ends.

A regular differential sync seems still working, but since PL07 many warning messages are shown in the log.

Can anybody confirm this issue?

Manufacturer discount was supported in SAP Customer Checkout as expected. The changes we(I) did in 4.0.16 broke that. Now we fixed it in 4.0.17. The services are already available in the SAP Note.

Also we updated this blog and SAP Note 2593967, so that now all of them speak consistently that manufacturer discount is supported.

Thanks for feedback. Complete Sync works - but simply takes more than an hour with around 20K articles.

But discounts on manufacturers is supported due to Customer Checkout Integration Guide and had been working until B1if 4.0.15. I also tested manufacturers discounts on FP09 PL07 and on specific BP, all BP and Customer Groups. Also active and working in productive environments since FP08.

We are currently fixing a bug that we found with relation to discounts in the latest version of the CCO packages (4.0.16).

With that bugfix we will also address the manufacturer discount issue you describe.

Regarding the sync of manufactures, it is not supported by the CCO, refer to the SAP Note #2593967.

I will open an incident. There is also a bug in B1if Scenario v4.0.16. With this version they removed the sync of attributes which are not supported by CCO. BUT they also removed the sync of manufacturers which are supported by CCO....
