FAQ Chatbot - Additional Skill

Hi Gurus,

As of 10 Jan 2020, SAP has added a new feature of creating FAQ chatbot using SAP CAI.

However, it comes up with the pre-defined skills.

Is there any plan to allow developers to create skills additional to the pre-defined one? If yes, by when? Thanks!

We have a planned delivery of integration of FAQ and intent based bots by mid next year, 2021.
