Credit Insurance data not saved in BP

Dear Expert,

I maintain credit insurance in BP under tab credit segment data - credit limit and control : further information, maintain category 40 credit insurances and maintain info type 01, amount, date etc and set it relevant for credit for credit check. When i save it says change was made but when I go back bp it is blank.

I configure check rules to include below by copying standard rule 01/03 and mark in step 030 consider credit insurance and Collateral.

030Dynamic Limit Check with Credit Horizon

100Check for Maximum Dunning Level

110Check for Age of Oldest Open Item

120Check of Payment Behavior Index

130Check for Overdue Open Items

Is there anything I missed? May I know if there is transparent table that store these addition credit info. ? Attached are screens shots

Hi Susan,
Have you found the cause in the meantime?
If not, this usually happens, when BAdI UKM_BP_ADD_FIELDS is not implemented.
Related to additional info in FSCM Credit Management please use recommendation from SAP Note 2183870
Implement the BAdI UKM_BP_ADD_FIELDS with the two needed methods and re-test.
