Hi,
In my reports I have created an extra column where I do a spimple calculation which I want to display as percentage.
I change the format of the cell to Percentage and drag it down to the entire column. But after refreshing the data, only the original cell keeps the formatting and the rest of the cells switch back to default formatting.
How can I make the formatting stay after updating?
I found an old thread about this but we no answer: https://answers.sap.com/questions/11015959/formatting-changes-after-refreshing-the-workbook.html
Version. 2.7.400.87314
Excel: 2016
I found another solution that doesnt involve SAP AfO cell formatting.
The best way to do this, is to simply skip the cell formatting to percentage and instead use a formula to create the same effect. So my formula is now
=IFERROR(TEXT(C4/D4-1;"0%");"")

Hi Shiva,
I don´t know how to share a file without sharing sensitive information, so hope it´s enough with these screenshots.
So, I created column E to make a comparison between column C and D with the formula =IFERROR(C4/D4-1;"").
I then changed the formatting in E4 and E5 to "Percentage". Then I doubled clicked to use the same formatting in the entire column (same as dragged down). It seems to work:
But after refreshing the report it´s back to original format (except for those two cells I changed manually):
What more information would you need in addition to Version. 2.7.400.87314?
Thank you!
