We are currently contacting external recruitment candidates via SuccessFactor generated emails. Emails include invitations to schedule interviews, interview confirmations and confirmation of job offers.
Recently we have received reports from candidates that they are not receiving the SF generated emails. This applies to candidates who use a range of different email hosts such as G Mail, Hotmail, yahoo etc etc.
Is anyone else receiving reports of this happening? SF generated emails are showing within SF as being sent, but candidates are not receiving them and the mail is not in their Junk folder.
