Warning message for open quotation while creating sales order

Hi All,

Our customer just showed us in their SAP system that when they try to create a sales order without reference to a quotation even when there exists an open quotation, then the system prompts the user with a pop-up that there are open quotations for the material and customer. They can also list the quotation and copy it from that pop-up.

But we do not get such a pop-up in the other SAP system that we have. Does anyone know if this is SAP standard and what is the set-up required to get that pop-up message?

Yes, it is standard.

Here is the setting (VOV8):
