SAP Contact Center Whatsapp Implementation

Hi All,


Im fairly new to SAP but been working on Call centers for the better part of my career. I am currently upgrading from rls 7.0.9 to 7.0.14 and would like to know if there is any documentation for the implementation of WhatsApp Chat For SAP Contact center. I know there is an integration with Twilio that is needed whom I already made contact with. Or any advice that could make the install a bit easier.
