IBP Order based Planning - Capacity

Hello,

I don't see the capacyity of my ressoruce. The ressoruce is managed in the S4, we see the ressoruce in the table /IBP/RESCAPA_EXT but if I look into the template for response & supply and let me show the keyfigure capacity avalible, this kf is empty

why?
