Hi all ,
I created a derived depreciation area which I want to delete it . We are doing SIT TESTING in Quality system .
Is it possible to delete the derived depreciation area ?
Do I need to run any program so that derived depreciation area is not seen in the assets in the asset explorer.
Do I need to do any configuration ?
Regards
Manoj
To delete a depreciation area, a few things need to be taken into account, see amongst others: Subsequent Creation/Deletion of a Depreciation Area
(Usually, you delete a depreciation area in the development system, not the quality assurance system.)
For this, go to transaction ORFA --> Asset Accounting --> Valuation --> Depreciation Areas --> Define Depreciation Areas
Choose "Define Depreciation Areas"
Mark your depreciation area you want to delete (1), and click the Delete-button.
Save you changes.
