Customer ID is missing in E1BPPARNR segment of order (B2C)

Hi All, I am trying to create order,for that fisrt of all I have created customer n Hybris and then replicate it to ECC successfully. But when I create order it shows e1BPPARNR=SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202.IDOC.E1SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.E1BPPARNR[ partn_ROLE=WE partn_NUMB=SP addr_LINK=2 segment=1 ]SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202.IDOC.E1SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.E1BPPARNR[ partn_ROLE=AG partn_NUMB=SP addr_LINK=1 segment=1 ]SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202.IDOC.E1SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.E1BPPARNR[ partn_ROLE=RE partn_NUMB=SP addr_LINK=1 segment=1 ]

partn_NUMB=SP instead of customer number.

Also no error in hybris ang datahub log. I debug defaultpartnercontributor.java

why its assigning SP as partner no.?

Hi Rasika, You should check what is returned by the DefaultB2CCustomerHelper.determineB2CCustomer function. Is the replicateregistereduser enabled? The customer has SapConsumerID?

SapConsumerID field is empty, so how I can assign SapConsumerID number? Also I want to assign sales area to customer while we create or replicate customer. is it possible to assign sales area to customer?

Hi in the following link you can get more information. The SapConsumerID is set when you receive the confirmation from the SAP. The CustomerReplicationNotificationTranslator translator will set the value for SapConsumerID,

1.How to assign sales area to customer while creation or replication of customer? Because for order replication customer must have same sales area as of order 2.Why SAP customer replicated flag set to true automatically in administration tab of customer,though I have replicated customer successfully?3.It means I have to send Customer replication notification from ECC ? I check link you forwarded all classes and extensions are fine,but still SapConsumerID is empty?
