Staging Content catalog not synching to Online

I am new to hybris created a new store using modulegen. I added products, modified some pages, and things look pretty good. My products catalog has synched to the online catalog, but for reasons that evade my, my staging content catalog will not synch to the online catalog.

I have reviewed many pages of documentation and items here in the forum, but I cannot seem to figure this out. I have right-clicked the staging catalog in the cms cockpit, and started a sync in the hMC but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I'm having the same issue. The log is the same. However, the effective synchronisation languages are set here. For me it didn't work because I created the wrong sync job. It should be CatalogVersionSyncJob created with Multithreaded Synchronization wizard. The default creation wizard doesn't create this job. And make sure that the Base WCMS Item and Relation are added to the Root types.

Hi Matt,

I was facing the same issue. I checked if the sync job was present under the 'Multithreaded Synchronisation' tab of backoffice. The job has to be registered there in case it is not. This solved my issue.

Hi ! I checked the catalog version tab, languages are assigned to it and also checked the Multithreaded Synchronisation tab, job is registered as well. Do you know any other issue that is causing this problem

It appears that it was not working because there were not languages set in the sync settings. I added 'en', ran the sync and it looks like everything moved over.

Hi Bhuvneesh,

Select the catalog and catalog version. Go to Catalog Versions tab. Select any dependent catalog version : Right Click and edit.

@Matt,Bhuvneesh: Any idea when are these sync settings created and why there were no languages set in your sync settings ?

I cannot tell if there is an error log but another log just says:

can you share the error logs..if it has any info
