Service: OData Provisioning : go to service

Hi,

i`m on neo/trial with a puser.

go to service gives me this:

You do not have sufficient authorization to access this page; contact your system administrator or see the help documentation.

i followed the documentation for this case (logout, login with puser(not email), etc... but nothing helps).

I disabled the service and even deleted my neo account for recreation. Error stays, how can i resolve this one?

Probably need some more detail from you to better diagnose the issue.

Assuming you assigned the GW_Admin role to your P userid when configuring this service? Just make sure when assigning you are not assigning the P user as the subaccount i.e. pnnnnntrial. You should just assign the p number.

Are you using the original trial P userid or have you configured Trust via some other Identity provider?

If you can please provide some more information that would be great.

thats a fast replay^^.

Can you guide me to this role settings, i can't see any way to get there?
Maybe i missed somewhere a button... i attached a screenshot of everything visible to me.

In the Configure Service option on the left hand side panel you have Destinations or Roles. Go into Roles and you will see the 2 predefined roles. You need to assign your userid to each of them - especially GW_Admin.
