How to call SAP S/4HANA Cloud api from xsjs service

Hi Experts,

I am trying to call SAP S/4HANA Cloud API from xsjs service code , I want to call the API

https://sandbox.api.sap.com/concur/api/v3.0/invoice/purchaseorders/{id}

I tried to follow below blog

but I need to use HANA web based IDE , can any one help me on this.

I want to use xsjs to call this.
