Calendar View - configure first day of week

Hello experts,

in SAP Cloud for Customer I need to configure the normal calendar (Week view - not Work Week) to show Monday as first day of the week.

This shall be independent of logon language.

Only exception is for arabian users where the week view shall display Sunday as first day of week.

Where can this be configured? Is there any means to modify the calendar settings?

go to the User employees details
Open facet working hours
maintain desired calendar profile based on Time Zone
